SUN 8:30am
Pilates
with Jessica S.
This Pilates practice focuses on the core, abs, glutes, legs, upper body & mind - all with Pilates principles engrained.
It is an HIIT (High-intensity interval training) workout which involves bursts of cardio excerice followed by brief periods of rest. 20 seconds of hard work followed by 20 seconds of rest trains the mind & body to know that we can do anything for 20 seconds.
It is SO fun - upbeat music, detailed and specific instruction. It is all science based combining aerobic & anaerobic workouts into one training session. You will be burning calories while improving endurance, building stamina/strength & increasing flexibility (both mental & physical). Strong mind, strong body.
The room will be warm in order to loosen up the muscles & make you sweat! There are modifications to accommodate all students. Most importantly, everyone does the best they can with the best they've got.

MON 5:30pm (thru May)
Dance F.I.T. Fusion
with Robin L.
This is a fun, mixed age group of body positivity.
Class starts with a quick warmup and goes right into Barre exercises, standing and floor Pilates, then fun and easy to follow dance steps of mixes genres.
End with a thorough cool down, stretch, and a light meditation for centering and thanks.
Class is limited to 8 participants.

Vitality Vinyasa
with Jade
This vinyasa style class is designed to cultivate both strength and spaciousness in the body for prana, or life force energy, to move freely. When prana moves freely throughout the body, our mind is clear and our body is in balance.

This is a great class for people who are looking to move their bodies in new ways that foster longevity and joy, or possibly challenge themselves in a new way.

Yin Yoga
with Marcia
A non-flow class using stillness to strengthen, lengthen, and hydrate deep connective tissue to increase flexibility and mobility.
The practice of long, passively held floor poses balances the flow of energy and improves our physical and emotional health. All levels are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary.

Women's Circle
with Kirsten Z.
Kirsten is excited to again host this beautiful circle that is coming into being.
The circle is a warm and safe space for women to share, connect, and grow.

Heart Songs & Circle Songs
with Heather Pierson and Bernice Martin
Heart Songs & Circle Songs is an ongoing interactive project to nurture harmony and community in the world through the teaching and sharing of original songs.
In worship service, song circle, workshop, or concert format, Heather and Bernice bring this work into churches, schools, homes, community centers, informal gatherings, and anywhere that the ideals of harmony and unity may take hold.

Yin Yoga
with Chelsea
Yin is a practice of passive stretching: getting into position and simply shifting focus into the breath and allowing the body to move in its own way through the pose.
​
Poses are held longer (3-5 minutes) to allow the body to enter a deeper state of stretch within the pose, getting through the muscles and into the fascia.
​
The challenge of yin isn’t from the movement through poses, but rather from learning to relax into them despite any discomfort that might be present.

All levels are welcome.

Morning Flow
with Chelsea
In this class we tune into the rhythm of our breath and begin to move
with ease and grace.
We create strength and flexibility and we embrace stillness.
Tension and stress are released from the muscles and joints as the body opens. You will leave class with a sense of stability and connection to the body, mind, and spirit. All levels are welcome.

Ashtanga-ish
with Jesi
This 90 minute practice is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series for the purpose of cleansing ourselves of that which holds us down.
We subconsciously store memories, toxins, injuries, emotions and more in the cells of our body. The vigorous movement of this class aims to release this unhealthy storage with a result of lightness of being and inner peace.
The structure of the class will be largely dependent on the experience of the students present that day. Modifications are available for all levels of students, but those looking to challenge themselves will most enjoy this class.

Gentle Yoga
with Marcia
We begin on the floor with subtle movements to warm the body and release the fascia.
Then we practice gentle yoga postures to increase flexibility, strength, and balance.
We end class with restorative poses that offer passive stretching of the body and deep relaxation. All are welcome to join this class to renew, relax, and restore.

THURS 5:30pm
Stretch and Restore Yoga
with Chelsea
Join us for a dynamic, restorative practice that focuses on quieting the mind, settling the body and connecting back to your natural rhythm.
We will begin with some gentle movement and stretching then end with deep stillness of restorative yoga poses. There will be mindful pauses throughout for centering, connecting to breath and softening any restlessness that creeps back in.
