Custom Facial - 60 Minutes - $110
A custom skin analysis determines which unique combination of products will address your skin’s
specific needs. This analysis is incorporated into a traditional European style facial. The perfect
balance of relaxation and results.
Express Facial - 30 minutes - $65
A custom facial complete with a results driven enzyme exfoliation. Perfect as a refresher
between more extensive treatments.
Restorative Back Treatment - 60 minutes - $110
This relaxing treatment is geared to clarify, hydrate and repair the harder-to-reach areas of the
back and shoulders. Carefully selected products in combination with massage leaves you with
restored balance and glow.
Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion Facial - 60 Minutes - $110
Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion is an excellent treatment for clients with dull, flaky, or dry
skin, but this deeper manual exfoliation targets a variety of skin concerns. It has been
shown to improve the appearance of brown pigment spots and wrinkles, as well as treat
mild to moderate acne by opening up clogged pores and allowing them to breathe.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient healing art which helps to reduce stress and promote wellness. It is simple, safe, and natural. Anyone can receive Reiki and it complements all other healing modalities. Reiki allows people to ground and connect to their inner knowing, as well as bring the body to a state of rest and balance.
During a session, the practitioner is a conduit for healing energy and uses a gentle laying of hands on or over the individual in order to assess the body and to provide a gentle flow of universal energy to them. One can expect to feel a deep sense of relaxation during and after a session and will feel the healing benefits the days following.

Akashic Record Readings
The Akashic Records are an energetic database of all Souls, past, present and future. Any reading from the Akashic Records tunes into the client at Soul level, assessing their true Soul Self, their past life karma and their highest path and purpose moving forward.

The Soul Profile reviews your Divine Soul Blueprint: your soul group, energetic makeup and specializations. We also discuss the themes you are exploring in this life and some other relevant details that help you to better understand, love and embody your Soul Self. The information we cover in this reading will be supportive and relevant for all of the other readings, coaching sessions and the rest of your life. You will receive a recording of the reading as well as a written transcript of information covered.
Soul Connection Relationship Reading - $145
Our relationships are a defining aspect of what it means to be human- how we express ourselves and grow. As we know each relationship is special, some are very special (or very challenging). This reading explores the connection between you and another Soul: the compatibility of your Soul profiles, shared past lives, shared karma, blocks to harmony and themes the relationship is holding for each of you. This is a powerful reading that can provide clarity for deep healing, whether in coming together or moving apart.
Follow Up Sessions - $100
The intention for follow up sessions is to support you in grounding, embodying and applying the wisdom of your reading in real life. Chelsea will support you in deepening your spiritual practice, tuning into you, your needs and what might be presenting as a block in receiving those needs and how to clear the path forward. Before meeting, Chelsea will check in to see how you are, what is going on and what support you may need to create a session that will support you best.
Integrative Medicine
Integrative medicine is an approach to healthcare that includes practices not traditionally part of conventional medicine, such as herbs and supplements, meditation, wellness coaching, acupuncture, massage, movement, resiliency, and nutrition.

Our Nurse Practitioner will work with you to develop treatment plan made of an optimal combination of therapies tailored to your goals for health and well-being. Your plan may include one or more of the integrative practices, which are sometimes called complementary or alternative medicine, including any combination of the following:

This care does not replace the care provided by your primary care provider and you will not be prescribed medications or have medications that you have been prescribed by your PCP or medical specialist refilled. Our Nurse Practitioner will communicate with your primary care provider to ensure continuity.
At this time, we do not accept insurance of any kind, and appointments must be paid in full for reservation.

Consult - $165
A general review of your overall health history and a discussion of one or two integrative treatment modalities which may be of benefit. We will work together to develop and set specific goals and intentions for a single area of focus. The consult is a 60 minute appointment.
Full Intake with written care plan - $275
A comprehensive review of health history including your personal, medical, and family history as well as your medications, supplements, lifestyle, and diet, and a specific assessment of your presenting symptoms and concerns. We will focus on the creation of a customized plan considering multiple integrative practice modalities targeted toward up to 3 goals for care and intentions for your own wellness. This appointment includes 90 minutes in office with a formal written plan of care sent to you within one week of your visit.
Follow up - $125
Time to celebrate! This is a visit to discuss progress toward identified goals and modifications for care planning as needed. Your follow up will be a 45 minute appointment.
